1. Who we are

Rising Son is operated by Reclaimed Heart LLC, doing business as Rising Son ("Rising Son," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, apply to or participate in our programs, join our community, attend our events, or otherwise interact with us. 2. Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through our website, our application and intake process, our community platform, our text and email communications, our events, and other interactions with Rising Son. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

3. A note on the nature of our services

Rising Son provides coaching, education, and peer support. We do not provide therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and we are not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to share with us.

4. Information we collect

Information you provide to us:

• Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Application and intake information, including the responses you give in our application, intake forms, and questionnaires. You may choose to share sensitive personal information about your relationships, behaviors, history, and wellbeing. You decide what to share.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Community information, including your profile, posts, comments, and other content you share in our community platform.
• Survey and feedback responses.
• Testimonials, and any photos, audio, or video you provide or that are captured at our events, along with any release you sign.
• Any other information you choose to provide when you contact us or communicate with us.

Information we collect automatically:

• Usage and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with our website.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies. See the section on cookies and tracking below.

Information from recordings and AI tools:

• Our community calls and webinars may be recorded.
• Coaching group and individual sessions are not recorded. However, calls may be transcribed and summarized using AI-powered tools to support the coaching relationship and our services.

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our programs, community, and services.
• Process your application and manage your participation.
• Communicate with you, including by email and text message, about your account, our programs, scheduling, updates, and offers.
• Process payments and manage billing.
• Host and moderate our community.
• Organize and run our events.
• Request and, with your permission, publish testimonials and feedback.
• Understand how our website and content are used, and measure and improve our marketing.
• Protect the safety of our members, our staff, and the public, and comply with our legal obligations.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following ways:

Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate, including:

• Our customer relationship management and marketing platform (GoHighLevel).
• Our community platform (Circle).
• Our payment processor (Stripe).
• Our email and text messaging providers.
• Our contact form submission service (Web3Forms), which processes and delivers messages sent through our contact form.
• AI-powered transcription and summarization tools.
• Analytics and advertising providers described below.

Advertising and analytics partners. We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These partners may receive information about your activity on our website and may use it to measure and deliver advertising, including advertising shown to you on other platforms. Under some state privacy laws, this type of sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, our staff, or the public. This includes situations involving a risk of harm, consistent with our Confidentiality page.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. This includes Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools and limit interest-based advertising through the settings offered by Meta and by industry opt-out pages. 8. Email and text messaging

Email. We send marketing and informational emails to people who provide their email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to your account or participation.

Text messaging (SMS). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing and informational text messages from Rising Son at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Know about and access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10. Data retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
