A room full of men like you. You have just never been in it.

There are several times across the week, mornings through late evenings Mountain Time, so most schedules can find one. Every group runs ninety minutes with the same men each week and is led by a licensed clinician. You pick your slot before you pay, so you know the time works before you commit to anything. Then you do not speak. Men sit and listen for weeks before they say anything, and that is normal here. Nobody will call on you or pull it out of you. Most men find that the first thing they say comes out when they stop planning it.

No. This is coaching and peer support. The men leading it are licensed clinicians and have been doing this work since 2016, which is why the structure is what it is, but what you are joining is a coaching program and a group of men, not clinical treatment.

No church and no doctrine, and nobody will ask which one you belong to. There is a spiritual side and we are open about it.

What it looks like in practice is a man working out what he believes now, for himself. It comes up in the groups and it runs through the Journey. Some men arrive believing a great deal and some believe nothing at all, and both get the same thing out of it, because the work is in the wrestle rather than in the answer.

Whatever you land on is yours.

Most of what men try before this is something they do alone. A course, a book, a plan. Those can be useful and they are still something you carry by yourself. Here the group meets whether you feel like it or not, the same men are in it, and they notice when you go missing.

The weekly group is the fixed part. Everything else moves at your pace. The Journey is worked in sections, not against a deadline, and the check in group sits on your phone with everything else.

Access to the community and the Journey is immediate. You are in the group you picked, and you will hear from someone on the team either the same day or the next. You do not pay and then sit there wondering whether anything actually happened.

You come back. Nobody makes it a thing. Men travel, men have weeks where they cannot get to the screen, and the group is still there the following week with the same men in it.

Yes. On the monthly plan there is no minimum term and no notice period. You can end it at the next billing date and nothing is held over you.

Plenty of men pay monthly and stay for a long time, because they keep getting something out of it and not because they are locked in. Others take the annual plan because deciding once removes the question of whether to keep going every month.
