Carpool & Shuttle

We know travel to and from the retreat can get expensive (especially for car rentals parked for 3 days!). To help out, we are offering ride coordination. This can be in the form of carpooling with another Rising Son member, or via shuttle for those flying into an airport (Salt Lake City International Airport - SLC or Provo Airport - PVU). For carpooling with other attendees, we don't offer any guarantees. We're simply offering a connection point and letting you figure out the rest.

IMPORTANT (For the SLC Airport shuttle): Because we will have multiple passengers to pick up and specific event start and end times to consider, we can only accommodate you if your flight times align with our shuttle times. Please coordinate with us before making a flight purchase if you are interested in this service and have any concerns about alignment. We are not responsible for circumstances outside of our control. If traffic is a problem or your flight gets delayed, you will have to figure out alternate plans.

We're hosting this years men's retreat at a Massive Mansion / Cabin in Fish Haven, Idaho on the shores of the lovely Bear Lake nestled in the heart of the Rockies. This time of year is perfect for fall colors and the transition of the leaves. Plan for cool mornings and warm ideal afternoons with plenty of sunshine. We'll occasionally get light rains that pass through when in the mountains but even that is enjoyable this time of year.

Fish Haven is about 2.5 hours drive from the Salt Lake City, Utah Airport.
